This study aims to Analyze and Determine the Comparison of Financial Performance before and after the Implementation of E-Commerce (Study on Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX that use Tokopedia). The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that implemented Tokopedia during the period 2018-2023 which amounted to 10 companies. Meanwhile, the sample determination technique in this study uses the purposive sampling technique method, samples that are in accordance with the criteria that have been determined. This study uses secondary data provided on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and data analysis techniques used in quantitative descriptive analysis. The data obtained were tested with descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, and differential tests. The results of the study showed that the values of QR, CR, NPM, ROA, TAT, EPS, there was no difference in financial performance and the value of ITR there was a difference in financial performance.
