This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas Tebat Agung, Muara Enim Regency. This research is quantitative in nature. The sample consisted of 49 employees selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires. The study employed multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of UPTD Puskesmas Tebat Agung, Muara Enim Regency.
