This study aims to determine the effect of career guidance services on the career planning of 11th-grade students at SMA IT Raudhatul Ulum. In the era of globalization, career readiness has become an urgent need; however, many students face confusion in making career choices. This research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects consisted of 27 students who received career guidance interventions over three sessions in the form of classical guidance services focusing on self-awareness, career information, and planning strategies. Data were collected using a career planning scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis using the Paired Sample T-Test showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The average student career planning score increased from 53.11 (low category) to 68.89 (high category) after receiving career guidance services. Therefore, career guidance services have a positive impact on improving the career planning of 11th-grade students at SMA IT Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga.
