This research aims to address the financial report management challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), specifically Sugarwaff Waffle, where manual recording leads to risks of data loss, errors, and difficulties in financial analysis. To overcome this, a web-based sales financial report application was developed using PHP and MySQL. The research methodology involved primary and secondary data collection (interviews, observation, documentation) and the waterfall model for application development, including requirements analysis, design (DFD, ERD), implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application is expected to facilitate transaction recording, provide real-time financial reports, reduce error risks, and enhance financial management efficiency for business owners and employees, while also serving as a model for other MSMEs to adopt digital technology.
