NILAI TAMBAH DAN KEUNTUNGAN PERUSAHAAN PENANGKAPAN IKAN DI BENGKULU
This study aims to analyze the value added and profit of capture fisheries companies in Bengkulu Province during the 2018–2021 period. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. The data were obtained from secondary sources, including the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Bengkulu Province and other relevant institutions. The analytical methods used include the Hayami method to calculate value added, as well as cost and revenue analysis to measure company profit. The results show a decline in value added and profit over the study period, influenced by rising input costs, a reduction in fleet size, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. It can be concluded that to improve value added and profitability, companies need to enhance production efficiency and ensure the sustainability of capture fisheries operations.
