The Education Development Contribution (SPP) payment system at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Lilin currently uses a manual system for recording and managing student tuition payments. This method is considered inefficient due to the risk of recording errors, processing delays, and the lack of a centralized system to facilitate payment data tracking. This research was conducted to design a website-based tuition payment information system that aims to simplify administration and increase the effectiveness of data management. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes an iterative process and user involvement at every stage. After the system was completed, testing of its main features was conducted. The test results showed that the system performed according to its designed functions and facilitated the school's payment management process. The use of the RAD methodology has been proven to accelerate the development process and produce a system that meets user needs.
