This study aims to determine the differences in multicultural competence between PMM and NON-PMM students in the Guidance and Counseling study program at FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. This research uses a descriptive comparative method with a t-test. The research sample consists of 197 students from the 2021 and 2022 batches from the Indralaya and Palembang campuses, with 66 students (17 PMM and 49 NON-PMM) selected as the sample. Data collection was conducted through Google Forms. The mean score obtained from the data analysis was 11.465 for PMM students and 10.877 for NON-PMM students. The highest score obtained in this study through the multicultural competence scale measurement was 84, while the lowest score was 52. The sig value (2-tailed) obtained was 0.049 with a significance level of 0.1. Based on these results, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. To determine whether there is a significant difference, the t-count and t-table values are compared. Since the t-count value of 1.931 is greater than the t-table value of 1.671, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in multicultural competence between PMM and NON-PMM students in the Guidance and Counseling study program at FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya.
