ANALISIS TINGKAT KEUNTUNGAN DAN KELAYAKAN UMKM MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA KAMPUS INDRALAYA
This study aims to analyze the profit level and business feasibility of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector operating around campus areas. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, using saturation sampling with 20 MSMEs as respondents. Data were collected through direct interviews with business owners. The results indicate that all MSMEs generated profit and had an R/C (Revenue/Cost) ratio greater than 1. The highest R/C value was 1.75 and the lowest was 1.14, confirming that all businesses were financially feasible. These findings suggest that food and beverage MSMEs around campus areas have strong potential for continued growth and development.
