The department which provides promising business opportunities is one of them in the field of art and design. This refers to an idea approach by collaborating between spaces, where studio spaces (private) will be surrounded by connecting spaces that function as spaces of interaction and activity so that a physical environment can be created that can encourage creative thoughts, feelings, attitudes and behaviors. This connecting room will be used to connect the main functions of the building, and then be developed into interconnected spaces as a source of inspiration and creativity.
