This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance as proxied by the board of directors, independent commissioners, audit committee, and ownership concentration, Intellectual Capital (VAICTM), and R&D Investment on financial performance as measured using Return on Investment (ROI). The object of this research is a technology company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2023. The number of samples in this study were 23 companies using purposive sampling method with a total of 69 observations. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of data in the form of secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the board of directors has a positive effect on financial performance, r & d investment has a negative effect on financial performance, while independent commissioners, audit committees, ownership concentration and intellectual capital have no effect on financial performance.
