Velodrome is a sports arena which is intended for track cycling activities. Site location is planned in the Jakabaring Sport City area, which is selected based on regulations related to land use and recommendation from Jakabaring Sport City area manager, PT. JSC. Velodrome si designed to meet several criterias that are appointed as design problems, obiter fulfilling international standards, creating a smooth flow of circulation, creating good interaction between audiences and track racing, accommodating activities without columns, creating advanced form and massing. To solve these problems, the design method must be associated with UCI regulatory data for international categories. Spaces are dominated by circulation areas and lounge areas, so that human circulation is not hampered. The designed tribune is adapted to the shape of the track which has a slope variation, so that viewers from all sides of the tribune can comfortably watch the match. To accommodate the activities without columns, velodrome was designed with the completion of a wide span structure. Whereas to get an advanced form of building, it is solved by applying the analogy architecture approach. The element that is the subject of the analogy is the track racing bike wheels, because the wheel technology used is different from the bicycle wheels in general.
