Palembang City is growing rapidly, especially since il was chosen to host various internalional sporting events. The economic sedor is one of the fastest and has an effed on the increasing number of local and foreign investors who come to Palembang to carry out business activities in various fields. Along with these developments, the needfor hotel rooms for business people is increasing. Some ofthe main problems are, the provision of hotel rooms with altractive building designs, complele facilities supporting hotel facilities, as well as architectural problems of buildings that respond to environmentat conditions. Overall, iheActive Facilities & Relax Facilities are 2 selectedgroups to distinguish between productive facilities and relaxing facilities. For individual jownalists in the millennial era like now, providing comfortahle lounges and cafes that can support their business needs, such as comfortable chairs and lables and adequate internet conneclions are used when using gadgets such as tabs or laptops so that individual business people can communicate good with his business partners. For business people who come in groups or teams, the priority is to provide meeting rooms that can be easily accessed byguesls staying at the hotel orguests who do not stay oventighl. Provision of facilities that are easy to reach and provide comforl and needs bcyond business needs such as the provision of swimmingpools, SPA, and GYM, as well as otherfacilities that are an alternative to refresliing between busy sehedules. Sustainable Architedure is a building architedure concept that is applied with 4 things focused, among others, by maximizing and focusing orientation and the number of room units to get morning sunshine and natural ventilation during the day. Placing the vegetation not only on the site, bui verlically on the building so that it can maximize the fundion of vegetation as a filter for sunlight and natural ventilation during the day. Using material that is environmcntallyJnendly and in harmony with the surrounding buildings hut slill an attradion in the region. Maximize the inleradion ofsites and buildings with the environment to befriendly to the surrounding environment and increase regional value.
