The quality of nursing care is a prominent aspect in the health care system that can affect patients’ satisfaction, especially those with chronic conditions such as Diabetes Mellitus as they require continuous monitoring and care. The level of patient satisfaction is an important indicator in assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of nursing care in primary care facilities such as Health Centers. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of Diabetes Mellitus patients at Pampangan Public Health Center. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive analytical design and a cross-sectional method. A sample of 35 patients was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaire that measured the service quality and patient satisfaction, and the collected data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there was no significant relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction (p = 0.861; p > 0.05). These findings indicates that although the nursing services at the Pampangan Public Health Center have met established standards, this does not necessarily reflect the satisfaction felt by patients. Therefore, it is important for the Health Center to re-evaluate the service approach and consider other factors that can influence patient perceptions and satisfaction holistically. It is recommended that further research involved a larger number of respondents and explore additional variables related to patient satisfaction.
