ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN VOLUME PEKERJAAN BETON DAN PEMBESIAN MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE PENDUKUNG BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING
The volume of concrete and reinforcement work in Indonesia construction projects still used manual method that calculation error can be occur. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is system that display project desain into digital form with high level of data accuracy so it can help construction project leader in making decision. BIM is expected to be more accurate in obtaining data on the volume of concrete and reinforcement work than using conventional method. Therefore, this research compare the calculation of the volume of concrete and reinformcement work between conventional method and BIM System. The purpose of this research is to find out the resukts of the comparison so that it can be real evidence whether the BIM system is more accurate than conventional. This stage starts from data collection, concrete and reinforcement modelling, and comparative analysis. The object of this research focuses on the pilecap, column, and beam structures. The required data are Detail Engineering Desain (DED), As Built Drawing, original colume data of concrete and reinforcement both plan and realization. The BIM software used are Cubicost Glodon Take Off Architecture and Structure (TAS) and Cubicost Glodon Take Off Rebar (TRB). The analysis used are modelling and comparison. Concrete modelling showed that three structure items were made with dimensional data from DED and As Built Drawing. Reinforcement modelling shows that pilecap and column work items are made with data on main bar, links, side bar and legs in DED and As Built Drawing. In the beam structures, it is necessary to determine main beam, secondary beam, and determine fulcrum points of the main beam againts column. The results of comparison are the difference in the volume of concrete modelling both plan and realization has decrease with percentage of 1,52%. The volume of reinforcement work between plan againts modelling plan has increase with persentage of 12,12%. The volume of reinforcement work between realization againts modelling realization has increase with persentage of 8,83%. BIM is considered effective for concrete works because it can see the shortcomings obtained from manual calculations. The increase in reinforcement works are caused by differences in the rounding concept and the way beams are calculated.
