STRATEGI PEMERINTAH INDONESIA DALAM MENGHADAPI KEBIJAKAN EUROPEAN UNION ON DEFORESTATION REGULATION (EUDR) TERHADAP EKSPOR KOPI INDONESIA KE UNI-EROPA
The European Union Deforestation Regulation (Eudr) Creates New Challenges For Indonesia’s Coffee Exports, Particularly To The European Market. This Study Aims To Analyze The Indonesian Government's Strategies Through Economic Diplomacy, Including Trade, Financial, And Investment Diplomacy In Addressing The Regulation. Using A Qualitative Descriptive Approach, The Research Examines Indonesia’s Efforts In Providing Financial Assistance For Sustainability Certification, Trade Negotiations, Diversification Of New Export Markets, And Strategies For Attracting Investment To Support Commodity Traceability In The Coffee Sector. The Results Show That The Indonesian Government Has Taken Strategic Measures Such As The Establishment Of A National Task Force To Prepare Coffee Commodities That Meet The Demands Of The European Market, Negotiations Within The Ieu-Cepa Framework, Promotion Of Export Market Diversification To Countries In Asia, Latin America, The Middle East, And Africa, As Well As Strengthening Sustainability Certification In The Coffee Sector. Despite Implementation Challenges, Such As Limited Inter-Agency Coordination And Smallholder Farmers' Capacity Constraints, The Strategies Applied Demonstrate A Positive Direction For Maintaining Indonesian Coffee's Competitiveness In The Global Market. Cross-Sector Collaboration And The Enhancement Of Domestic Capacity Are Key To Optimizing Opportunities Amidst The Eudr Regulations.
