FAKTOR-FAKTOR SIGNIFIKAN PEMBAYARAN PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR RODA DUA MELALUI APLIKASI SIGNAL PADA KANTOR SAMSAT KOTA PALEMBANG 01 DENGAN METODE UTAUT 2
This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the use of the SIGNAL application for two-wheeled motor vehicle tax payments at the Palembang City Samsat Office 01. The research adopts the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method via SmartPLS 4. The study tested ten main hypotheses and three moderating variables: gender, age, and duration of use. The results indicate that only three constructs have a significant influence, namely performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and habit. Meanwhile, variables such as effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, price value, and behavioral intention toward use behavior did not show significant effects. Among the three moderating variables, only age significantly moderates the relationship between facilitating conditions and behavioral intention. These findings suggest that perceived usefulness, technical support availability, and user habits play essential roles in promoting the adoption of the SIGNAL application. The implications of this study are expected to contribute to strategies aimed at increasing the utilization of digital public services for vehicle tax payments.
