This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital on the profitability of property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative method with a panel data regression analysis approach to test the relationship between working capital, as measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and Working Capital Turnover (WCT). The results of the study indicate that Working Capital Turnover (WCT) has no effect on profitability while the Current Ratio (CR) has a negative effect on profitability. By understanding the relationship between various financial indicators, companies can take strategic steps to improve overall profitability.
