This study aims to analyze the influence of the Influence of Training and Competence on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Gelumbang. The research method used is the Quantitative method. The sampling technique used is the census, namely the entire population becomes a sample of 61 people. The data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Training variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Gelumbang, and Competence (X2) has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Gelumbang.
