This study aims to determine the physical work environment and non-physical work environment on the performance of Lotte Grosir Palembang employees. The type of quantitative research with the population in the study of Lotte Grosir Palembang employees using saturated sampling techniques or census with a sample of 50 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Lotte Grosir Palembang employees partially and meet the model feasibility test.
