GAMBARAN SELF-COMPASSION PADA REMAJA PENYINTAS BULLYING
This study is a descriptive research on self-compassion in adolescents who have survived bullying. The purpose of this study is to explore the level of self-compassion among teenagers who have survived bullying. The participants in this study consisted of 145 adolescent bullying survivors. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The measuring instrument was a scale developed by the researcher based on Neff’s (2003) theory and components of self-compassion. The scale consists of 30 items and has a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0,911. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the categorization test showed that adolescent bullying survivors have a high level of self-compassion. The homogeneity test also revealed differences based on gender and the type of bullying experienced by the adolescents.
