ADOPSI INOVASI DALAM PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH (SIPD) DI KANTOR BADAN PENGELOLA KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to examine the innovation adoption process in the implementation of the Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) at the Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) of South Sumatra Province. The approach used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews with five internal informants. The analysis is based on the five dimensions of innovation adoption theory according to Rogers, namely relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability, and observability. The results showed that SIPD has relative advantage and good compatibility with work procedures, but still faces obstacles in the dimensions of complexity and trialability due to the lack of training and complicated system interface. Observability of the system began to be seen from the efficiency of reporting and data management, although it has not been evenly distributed throughout the field. In general, the level of SIPD adoption is quite maximum, but increased technical support, continuous training, and system improvements are needed to achieve more optimal implementation.
