The Environmental Complaint Information System (SiPeduli) is a complaint application managed by the Environmental Agency of Palembang City, designed to receive public complaints regarding environmental issues in the city. These issues include environmental cleanliness, illegal waste disposal, hazardous and toxic waste (B3 waste), environmental pollution, and retribution. Complaints submitted by the public are followed up and processed in accordance with the applicable regulatory standards. In practice, however, the SiPeduli service has not yet been widely adopted by the public. The researcher suspects that this is due to the lack of promotion and socialization of the SiPeduli service to the community, resulting in limited public awareness of the application. Nevertheless, based on brief interviews conducted with several community members, there is evident enthusiasm and appreciation for this service, which indicates its potential to enhance community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness. This study aims to assess the extent of public evaluation and acceptance of the SiPeduli service and to identify the factors that influence public interest and participation in using SiPeduli.com. The study employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the analytical framework, which incorporates several assessment parameters: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and their influence on the Actual Use of the System.
