PENGARUH PENGALAMAN DISKRIMINATIF DAN TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN MASYARAKAT PADA ORGANISASI PUBLIK DI INDONESIA
This study was conducted to determine how much influence discriminatory experiences and education levels have on public trust in public organizations. The methodological approach used is quantitative with field study data collection techniques, the data will be analyzed using the R Studio Software assistance tool. The results showed that the discrimination experience variable has a significant negative impact on the public trust variable in public organizations, people who have a high experience of discrimination will have a 23.67 times greater chance of not trusting public organizations. The level of education variable has a significant positive impact on public trust in public organizations. People who have a higher level of education are 9.46 times more likely to trust public organizations than people who have a low level of education. These findings suggest that the importance of addressing discrimination in public services and investing in education can have a positive impact on building public trust in public organizations.
