This research discusses stakeholder coordination in issuing the Free Finding Statement at the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province. The research objective is to understand the level of coordination among stakeholders in the issuance process of the statement. This research employs coordination theory by Soewarno Handayaningrat, with five main indicators: Communication, Awareness of the Importance of Coordination, Participant Competence, Agreement Commitment, Coordination Incentives, and Planning Continuity. The problem under investigation is how aware stakeholders are in coordinating and committing to ensure that employees are free from asset and financial issues. This research utilizes a qualitative research method. The results indicate that the coordination of issuing the Free Finding Statement at the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province is considered fairly good, but there are still several indicators that need improvement to enhance coordination effectiveness and efficiency. Thus, better coordination results are expected to ensure that the statement issued by the Inspectorate genuinely guarantees that employees are free from asset and financial issues, thereby reducing repeated findings cases at the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province.
