REDESAIN TERMINAL BUS TIPE A DENGAN PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR HIJAU DI KOTA JAMBI
The need for transportation facilities for the community is crucial to support activities and ensure the smooth flow of both the economy and social life in Indonesia. This was further emphasized by the Indonesian Minister of Transportation, stating that all regions of Indonesia require a balanced distribution of transportation facilities to ensure the sustainability of community activities and the smooth functioning of the government system. One of the type A bus terminals in the city of Jambi will undergo a revitalization process, including repairs and maximizing its functionality by the government in accordance with the City of Jambi Spatial Planning and Regional Plan. The redesign, aimed not only to facilitate transportation needs but also to serve as a useful facility for the surrounding community and environmentally friendly, is aligned with the Ministerial Regulation of 2021 and the GBCI as applied to green building designs. The planning of a green terminal concept is intended to provide comfort, convenience, and easy access for terminal users. Facilities and circulation concepts, similar to those found in airports, are designed to ensure that the terminal's visual profile evolves to be more modern, better, easier, and safer for its users.
