This research was motivated by the existence of a Village Fund policy in infrastructure development in Tanjung Baru Village, however, in its implementation there were still several problems related to development in Tanjung Baru Village which had not been implemented properly. This research aims to determine, identify and analyze the impact of village funds on infrastructure development in Tanjung Baru Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This type of research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses Thomas R Dye's Policy Impact theory with aspects of impact on the target situation or group, impact on situations or groups outside the target, and short-term and long-term impacts. The results of this research show that there are positive and negative impacts of village fund policies in increasing infrastructure development, namely meeting community needs through the construction of farm roads which make it easier for people to reach plantations which also makes accidents prone due to road construction, construction of volleyball courts which increases community productivity and socio-cultural relations in the community and increasing competitiveness between volleyball teams in the village which results in reduced sportsmanship, construction of village drilled wells which improves community health, and the availability of employment opportunities for village communities through self-management activities. The suggestions in this research are that the village government can be more active and responsive in disseminating information related to self-management activities so that the community can enjoy village funds indirectly. There needs to be increased cooperation between the village government and the community in supporting and maintaining buildings that have been or will be implemented in the future.
