STRATEGI GURU EKSTRAKURIKULER ROHIS GUNA PENCEGAHAN BULLYING DI SEKOLAH SMA N 12 PALEMBANG

This study aims to find out the spiritual extracurricular teacher's strategies for bullying prevention in SMA N 12 Palembang schools. The informants of this study consisted of ten people who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data from the credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that Rohis extracurricular teacher's strategy at SMA N 12 Palembang is effective in preventing bullying. This effectiveness can be seen from the four indicators of Rohis activities, namely: (1) Tahsin and Tahfiz, (2) Mentoring, (3) Zikir Repentance, and (4) Tadarus Al-Qur'an.
