This study aims to analyze the effect of employment to population ratio, human development index, and digital economy on output in ASEAN-6 countries. The data used is panel data of 6 ASEAN countries with the period 1994 to 2023 obtained from the World Bank and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The analysis technique used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. The results showed that employment to population ratio, human development index, and digital economy have a positive and significant effect on output in ASEAN-6 countries. The findings reflect the importance of productive employment, quality human resource development, and digital transformation as the main drivers of output in the ASEAN-6 region.
