This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of industrial concentration on efficiency in the tea processing industry in Indonesia (ISIC 10763) for the period 1993 - 2023. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression. The analysis technique in this study uses the calculation of concentration ratio (CR4) and efficiency. The results showed that the concentration level of the tea processing industry in Indonesia has a fairly high concentration level. Based on Joe S. Bain's theory, this industry is classified as a level four oligopoly market. The efficiency level of the tea processing industry in Indonesia, the company has not yet reached efficient because the cost of inputs used is greater than the value of the output produced. Based on the results of simple linear regression, it is stated that industrial concentration has a negative and significant effect on efficiency in the tea processing industry in Indonesia.
