PENGARUH ALOKASI ANGGARAN SEKTOR PENDIDIKAN DAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX (HDI) DI SULAWESI SELATAN
In local financial management, education and health budget allocations are key to ensuring basic public services and represent direct investments in human development, as reflected in the Human Development Index (HDI). This study aims to analyze the impact of education and health budget allocations on HDI in South Sulawesi Province during the period 2017–2023. The study employs panel data from 24 districts and cities and uses a quantitative approach with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) as the estimation method, selected based on the results of the Chow and Hausman tests. The findings indicate that education and health budget allocations have a significant effect on HDI in South Sulawesi.
