The current process of submitting final project defense documents is still conducted using Google Forms, which produces separate spreadsheet (Excel) files. These files must be manually downloaded by administrative staff or administrators, then re-entered and processed on a local computer for validation and documentation purposes. This procedure is not only time-consuming but also prone to re-entry errors, data redundancy, and difficulties in data integration and retrieval—especially as the volume of submissions increases. The objective of this research is to develop a structured and systematic information system for managing the administrative process of final project document submissions. The expected benefit of this system is to facilitate students in submitting their final project documents and to assist the administration in monitoring student submissions, as well as in storing student data and documents in a more organized manner. The method used in this study is the prototype method, which includes the stages of requirements identification, system design, prototype development, and testing. The results of the black-box testing indicate that the system functions properly and meets the expected requirements.
