MODEL INVENTORI PADA BARANG FARMASI YANG DETERIORATING DENGAN TINGKAT PERMINTAAN LINIER YANG MEMPERTIMBANGKAN TINGKAT PENYIMPANAN
In this study, an inventory model with linear demand is formulated that considers the storage rate and the complete backlogging condition is allowed. The solution of the model is done numerically and using WolframAlpha software. In the optimal solution, the calculation results show that the inventory time when reaching zero point \left({t_1}^\ast\right)\ is 0.4116422 and the cycle length \left({T_1}^\ast\right)\ is 1.25248751 with an average minimum total cost \bar{TC} of $356.89 per cycle. Convergence tests were conducted to ensure the stability of the solution and the results showed that the values are convergent. Sensitivity analysis to variations in parameter values obtained that the average total cost of \bar{TC}\ increased for each parameter analyzed. The increase in demand parameters a and b resulted in stable values of {{\ t}_1}^\ast\ and {T_1}^\ast. Meanwhile, the increase in damage cost (D_C) and constant damage rate (\theta) resulted in a stable value of \ {t_1}^\ast\ but the value of {{\ T}_1}^\ast increased. In contrast, an increase in storage (h) results in a decrease in the values of {t_1}^\ast\ and {T_1}^\ast. For an increase in the shortage cost (s) results in an increase in the value of {t_1}^\ast\ and a decrease in the value of {T_1}^\ast.
