Tuberculosis is one of the environment-based diseases that if the surrounding environment is not clean and supported by poor endurance, a person will be more easily exposed. This study aims to determine the relationship between Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in the House with the incidence of Tuberculosis and includes quantitative research with a case control study design. The sample in this study amounted to 117 people (39 people for the case group and 78 people for the control group) with purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed univariately, bivariately, and multivariately using statistical applications. The results showed that there was an association between smoking habits (p-value = 0.04), use of shared cutlery (p-value = 0.00), and hand washing behavior (p-value = 0.02) with the incidence of TB. The multivariate analysis showed that the smoking habit variable (OR = 5.580). So it can be concluded that the smoking habit factor is the most dominant variable after being controlled with other independent variables. It is recommended for active smokers to gradually reduce the number of cigarettes smoked each day and educate family or relatives not to smoke around or in the house.
