Galangal farming is one sector that plays an important role in increasing economic growth in Merah Mata Village. Supply chain and value chain are activities that distribute goods or services from producers to final consumers. The main benefits of the supply chain and value chain are the availability of stable supply from producers, the price of products in circulation tends to be stable, and minimizing stock shortages due to high consumer demand. Marketing is the main key to product sales, because galangal producers want their products to arrive quickly and be accepted by consumers. The objectives of this study are (1) describe the description of the supply chain and value chain of galangal in the village of Merah Mata (2 How much income do galangal farmers in Merah Mata Village receive (3) How big is the marketing margin for galangal from Merah Mata Village at the Jakabaring Main Market. This research was conducted in November in the village of Merah Mata. Sampling method used was a survey with a sample size of 30 people. Data is processed using qualitative and quantitative methods. The description of the galangal supply chain in Merah Mata Village from observations in the field shows a chain pattern, namely starting from farmers as producers, collectors, retailers and consumers. The research results show that galangal farming in Merah Mata Village has advantages. The income obtained from galangal farming is Rp9,651,152/lg/year and Rp14,816,403,-/ha/year. The marketing margin for galangal obtained is Rp5,000/kg.
