Oil palm is an industrial crop that produces cooking oil, industrial oil, and biodiesel. Many problems faced by oil palm farmers lack of proper maintenance which results in les than optimal oil palm productivity. The study aims to 1) describe the partnership pattern 2) calculate the income of oil palm farming 3) analyse the factors that affect oil palm farming income. The sampling method used is stratified random sampling. The data covered in this study are quantitative and qualitative data consisting of primary and secondary data. Data processing in research using descriptive analysis and computer programmes (Ms. Excel and SPPS). The results of this study explain that this partnership pattern has a positive impact on the welfare of the people who participate in the partnership. The average farm income in one year was Rp 45.558.328. factors that affect farm income significantly are production cost factors, farm experience factors, and labour cost factors, while those that do not have a significant effect are education factors.
