The inventory system is very important to support the recording and management of incoming and outgoing goods in a structured manner. However, many companies still use manual methods such as Excel which have a high risk of error. This study aims to design a website-based inventory information system at ENCAR Daihatsu Palembang to facilitate the management of goods data. This system was developed using the Waterfall method, PHP programming, and MySQL as a database, with two levels of users: admin and leader. The admin is responsible for managing goods data, supplier data, and incoming and outgoing goods transactions, while the leader functions to access reports. The results of the black box test show that all features function as expected and this system is declared feasible to support inventory management at ENCAR Daihatsu in a more organized and efficient manner.
