This study aims to design and build a website-based employee attendance application using QR Code with PHP and MySQL at the Mediska Prabumulih Health Clinic. The manual attendance system that has been used so far is prone to data manipulation and is less effective in supporting employee discipline. With the Waterfall development method, this application is expected to facilitate real-time attendance, increase the accuracy of attendance data, and reduce the potential for fraud. The result is an application that can display and print attendance recapitulations automatically, thus supporting more effective and efficient attendance data management at the clinic.
