The rapid development of technology is pushing the business sector to adapt, including CV. Encartha Prima Automall, a car rental service provider experiencing a decline in interest due to its still-manual rental system. This research aims to design and build a website-based car rental application to simplify data management, accelerate the booking process, and expand marketing reach digitally. The methodology used is the Waterfall model, with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of system testing using thr Black Box method indicate that system runs well and meets the requirements. Thus, this system is expected to assist and enhance the competitiveness of CV. Encartha Prima Automall.
