Coffee is a plantation commodity that has quite high economic value. Arabica coffee has a higher price compared to other types of coffee because it has better quality and has a strong taste, this makes the demand for Arabica coffee in the international market higher than robusta coffee. Coffee plants are plantation commodities that can be further processed to increase added value. The objectives of this research are (1) To find out how much production costs, receipts and income from the Arabica coffee processing business at UD Dinar Kopi Semende. (2) To analyze how much added value is obtained from the Arabica coffee processing business at UD Dinar Kopi Semende. This research was carried out at UD Dinar Kopi Semende, Semendo Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency in December 2023. This location was determined purposively with the consideration that this location is one of the production centers for Arabica coffee commodities. The research method used is the case study method. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with respondents and filling in questionnaires, while secondary data was data obtained from research journals and the South Sumatra Central Statistics Agency. Based on research carried out, with each raw material amounting to 1,797 Kg in one production with a raw material cost of IDR 21,564,000/production. The income received by UD Dinar Kopi Semende was IDR 5,385,095/production for green bean products, IDR 25,721,195/production for roast bean products and IDR 24,746,895/production for ground coffee products. The added value of the product analyzed using the Hayami method is 22.17% for green bean products which are classified as medium criteria. For roast bean products, 54.45% is classified as high criteria and for ground coffee products, 52.64% is classified as high criteria.
