PERAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TERHADAP WORKPLACE LONELINESS PADA KARYAWAN YANG BEKERJA SECARA WORK FROM ANYWHERE (WFA)
This study aims to examine the role of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Workplace Loneliness among employees working under the Work From Anywhere (WFA) arrangement. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a significant role of Perceived Organizational Support on Workplace Loneliness among employees working as WFA. This study involved 150 Work From Anywhere (WFA) employees in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The Workplace Loneliness variable was measured using a psychological scale developed by the researcher, referring to the dimensions proposed by Wright et al.(2006), while the Perceived Organizational Support variable was developed by the researcher based on the dimensions from Rhoades et al (2002). The analysis results showed an R square value of 0.876 between Perceived Organizational Support and Workplace Loneliness, an F value of 1048.1, and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This indicates that Perceived Organizational Support has a significant role in influencing Workplace Loneliness. Therefore, the hypothesis in this study is accepted.
