This research discuss the efficiency of the cement industry in Indonesia and the factors that influence cement production such as labor, capital, raw materials. The data used in this research includes time series data with the selected period from 2009 to 2021. The method in this research uses a quantitative and descriptive qualitative approach with a stochastic frontier approach. The results of this research show that the cement industry in Indonesia is not technically efficient with an average efficiency level of 0.68170912 or 68 percent. Based on the Stochastic Frontier estimation results, the labor variable is negatively related to the output value, while the capital and raw material variables are positively related to the output value variable. Technical inefficiencies occur because the input is not used optimally so that the output obtained is not optimal.
