This research aims to find out, describe and analyze the process of collaborative governance in innovative food villages in Tempe Village Plaju Ulu Palembang city. The existence of environmental problems that make the village look slum due to tempe waste that is simply thrown into the gutter. Innovative food village is one of the means used so that the problems that occur can be resolved by collaborating between the government, the private sector and the community. This type of research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses collaborative governance theory from Ansell and Gash with 4 dimensions namely initial conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership and collaboration process. the results showed that collaborative governance in innovative food villages in Kampung Tempe Plaju Ulu Palembang city has been running well but not yet optimal. This is because there is less coordination by the actors which causes misunderstanding and miscommunication between the parties involved, but for the whole collaboration process it can be said that it has gone well with temporary results that can make innovative food villages and the private sector get several awards.
