The Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) is a dynamic archive management instrument based on Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). This research aims to find out how E-readiness in the implementation of SRIKANDI at the Palembang City DPRD Secretariat. The method used in this research is a narrative qualitative research method, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The stages of data analysis techniques carried out refer to Miles, Hubermen, namely: data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This research uses the theory of Musa (2010) which includes 3 aspects, namely infrastructure, human resources and government & management (institutional). The results showed that E-readiness in the application of the integrated dynamic archiving information system (SRIKANDI) at the Palembang City DPRD Secretariat was not ready as measured by the human resources aspect, but was ready as measured by the infrastructure aspect and the government & management aspect.
