ANALISIS RISIKO PEKERJAAN KONSTRUKSI PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN PABRIK AMMONIA DAN UREA PT PUPUK SRIWIDJAJA III B KOTA PALEMBANG
Construction projects, especially plant construction, are highly complex and prone to risks that can impact quality, time, and cost. The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the dominant risks in the construction of the Ammonia and Urea Plant of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja III B in Palembang City, as well as to provide control recommendations. A quantitative approach was used for the research, with data collected through questionnaires of respondents directly involved in the project. The analysis was conducted by calculating probability and impact values using the Likert scale and Risk Matrix method. The risk identification process, which examined 70 relevant risk variables, revealed several dominant risks affecting the project's three main aspects (quality, time, and cost). These risks include storms/heavy rain, uncertain weather, material damage or loss, and pile installation facility damage. Proposed risk mitigation strategies include creating a drainage system, using tarpaulins or canopies, increasing supervision and security of materials, and providing training and close supervision of the pile driving process. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for managing risks in similar construction projects, ensuring optimal maintenance of project quality, time, and cost.
