The research is aimed at finding out the impact of training on the performance of employees in PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. The population in this study is 93 employees of PT Bukit ASam (persero) TBk. Sampling techniques in this research used a saturated sampling. The data used in this research used primary data obtained from the distributing of the questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis method. Research shows that training has an impact on employee performance. Developing the potential that employees have through training will affect the quality of work produced by employees at work.
