This research was aimed to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) made from dried leaves, fruit waste and guano fertilizer with the addition of a bioactivator as a nutrient on the growth of Brassica juncea L. plants using hydroponics water culture system. This research was conducted at the Hydroponics House, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir from September to January 2022. The research used Randomized Block Design (RBD) with five treatments and six replications. The treatments used were P0 = Control (AB Mix 100%), P1 = dried leaves, fruit waste, guano fertilizer and EM4 anaerobically fermented), P2 = dried leaves, fruit waste, guano fertilizer, biophytalic and trichoderma anaerobically fermented) , P3 = dried leaves, fruit waste, guano fertilizer and EM4 aerobically fermented), P4 = dried leaves, fruit waste, guano fertilizer, biophytalic and trichoderma aerobically fermented). The observed variables included root length, leaf greenness, number of leaves, plant height, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, shoot dry weight and root dry weight. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with orthogonal contrast test. The results showed that anaerobically fermented organic fertilizers had the highest N, P, Ca and Fe contents, while aerobically fermented organic fertilizers had the highest K content. Hydroponic nutrition had a very significant effect on all observed variables, except for plant height variables which had no significant effect. Plant nutrients from anaerobically fermented organic fertilizers resulted in better plant growth compared to aerobic fermentation. Keywords: Brassica juncea L., Dry Leaves, Hydroponics, Fruit Waste, Guano Fertilizer, Organic Fertilizer.
