This study aims to examine the influence of transparency, community participation, and village policy in the budgeting of Village Funds on the performance of program implementation in Muara Enim Regency. The research is motivated by the importance of good Village Fund governance in promoting effective, efficient, and sustainable rural development. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis through the SmartPLS version 4 software. Primary data were collected via questionnaires distributed to 46 respondents, consisting of village heads and officials from three sub-districts with the largest Village Fund allocations: Tanjung Agung, Muara Enim, and Gelumbang. The results indicate that transparency, community participation, and village policy have a positive and significant effect on program implementation performance. Transparent, participatory, and policy based village fund governance can increase the effectiveness of implementing development programs in villages.
