The aim of this research was to study the effect of giving local lemon extract (Citrus limon L. Burm. f) of the weight percentage of internal organs (liver, pancreas, spleen, bile and gizzard) in drinking water to KUB chickens. The research was conducted from October 2024 to January 2025 at the Poultry Experimental Cage and Animal Nutrition and Feed Laboratory of the Animal Husbandry Study Program, Department of Animal Technology and Industry, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. A completely randomized research design was applied with 5 treatments and 4 replications for 12 weeks experiment. The treatment given was a mixture of local lemon extract with distilled water at various pH levels. The treatments applied were : P0 Without treatment (Control) P1 = Drinking water + Local lemon extract (pH 2); P2 = Drinking water + Local lemon extract (pH 2.5); P3 = Drinking water + Local lemon extract (pH 3); P4 = Drinking water + Local lemon extract (pH 3.5).
