EFISIENSI PEMUPUKAN NITROGEN DENGAN PEMBERIAN RHIZOBIUM DAN PUPUK UREA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN KACANG HIJAU (Vigna radiata L.)
Mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) is an important legume crop in Indonesia, and its cultivation should be managed sustainably through proper urea dosage and Rhizobium application. Using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatment factors and three replications. The first factor was the Rhizobium dose, consisting of four levels: R0 (0 g/kg), R1 (5 g/kg), R2 (15 g/kg), and R3 (25 g/kg). The second factor was the Nitrogen dose, consisting of three levels: U1 (75 kg/ha), U2 (50 kg/ha), and U3 (25 kg/ha). The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, leaf greenness level, flowering age, number of branches, number of productive branches, pod fresh weight, harvesting age, number of pods per plant, pod dry weight, number of seeds per pod, seed weight per plant, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, number of root nodules, root length, shoot dry weight, and root dry weight. Research results indicate that the combination treatment of rhizobium and urea R3U3 (25 kg/kg Rhizobium and 25 kg/ha urea) is the best treatment combination because it shows the highest average values in almost all observed variables of mung bean plants.
