The objectives of this research were as follows: (1) To determine the total expenses incurred by the farmer and calculate the feasibility and financial viability of the broiler chicken farm owned by Ir John Isman; (2) To calculate the payback period for the investment costs incurred by the farmer; (3) To assess the sensitivity of the feasibility of the broiler chicken farm in case of a decrease in production and chicken prices. The research was conducted at the Broiler Chicken Farm owned by Ir John Isman located in Pelempang Village, Kelekar District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province. The research method used was a case study method with primary data collection through direct interviews with informants and secondary data in the form of literature and other information related to this research. The results of this research were as follows: (1) The total production cost of Ir John Isman's Broiler Chicken Farm was Rp 8.942.070.000. The largest expense incurred was the investment cost amounting to Rp 5.752.500.000; (2) Ir John Isman's Broiler Chicken Farm met all criteria in the feasibility and financial analysis, with an NPV of Rp 11.361.868.688, Net B/C of 2.98, IRR of 32.66%, and an Investment Payback Period of 3.8 years or equivalent to 19 production cycles; and (3) The business loan that the farmer had to repay to the partner company, PT Semesta Mitra Sejahtera, amounted to Rp 2.682.621.000 with an annual installment of Rp 436.584.213,97 and a repayment period of 10 years.
